Philippians 4:10

"But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at last you have revived your concern for me; indeed, you were concerned before, but you lacked opportunity."

Sometimes, we see a need that must be taken care of, but we have no means of helping to fix it.

The Philippian church was in this very position.  They saw a need Paul had, but could not reach him.  Finally, they found the opportunity.  Paul describes this as "revival" of their concern.

How important is your concern to you?
How important is the revival of your concern?

If you found that suddenly, your concern was not fulfilling your spiritual duty, what would you do?  Move on to another passion?  Give up being concerned?  Or would you begin to, as the Philippian church did, look for opportunities to regain your concern for someone?
