"Then God's message flourished and multiplied.  And Barnabas and Saul returned to Jerusalem after they had completed their relief mission, on which they took John Mark."

Some seasons must be filled with learning.  Some with going.  Some with resting.

Barnabas and Saul had a great journey.  They spoke so powerfully and revealed so much truth that the message made it all the way up to Herod.  They even took a young John Mark and helped him began to cultivate his heart for missions.

Then they went home.  This is important because we understand the need for regeneration.  But we often forget.

There are ways that we can be revived, rejuvenated, regenerated...

Furlough.  Sometimes we need rest from the mission.
Sabbath.  We should work from rest, not rest from work.
Retreat.  Stop for a second and regroup.

This week, plan a regeneration.  God will work when He has one on one time with you.
