Acts 13:42-47
"As they were leaving, they begged that these matters be presented to them the following Sabbath. After the synagogue had been dismissed, many of the Jews and devout proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas, who were speaking with them and persuading them to continue in the grace of God. the following Sabbath almost the whole town assembled to hear the message of the Lord. But when the Jews saw the crowds, they were filled with jealousy and began to oppose what Paul was saying and insulting him. Then Paul and Barnabas boldly said: 'It was necessary that God's message be spoken to you first. But since you reject it, and consider yourselves unworthy of eternal life, we now turn to the Gentiles! For this is what the Lord has commanded us: I have appointed you as a light for the Gentiles, to bring salvation to the ends of the earth.'"
The truth is, some people will like what you say and some people will hate what you say, but those opinions will not change the validity of what you say.
Look at the message the Paul and Barnabas preach: continue in the grace of God.
They are encouraging the Jews and proselytes to seek God's love. His gift of what we don't deserve.
When they tell the people to be filed with grace, they are accepted by some and rejected by some. But the truth is still the same: God has grace for you.
We don't need to perform. We don't need to accept or reject. We don't need to do anything. God's grace is still all we need.
Live in God's grace.
