Ephesians 1:2
"Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ"
In Genesis 12, Abraham is promised a covenant with God. That covenant includes this promise: "I [God] will bless those who bless you..."
Paul, the apostle, is suggesting that same power in these words in Ephesians. When you are blessed, the blessing is from God, not merely man.
This is the second part of a powerful introduction. Paul is reminding the Ephesians to remember the amazing grace and peace that flows over them simply because they are connected to a God that is glorious.
God's people are connected to glorious love. Today, get lost in the love that flows. Let it overflow from your heart.
