Ephesians 1:15-16

"For this reason I too, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which exists among you and your love for all the saints, do not cease giving thanks for you, while making mention of you in my prayers;"

Look at the two characteristics that seem to impress Paul.  These two attributes cause Paul to give constant thanks and lift constant prayers:

Paul points out the Ephesians faith in Jesus, and the Ephesians love for the saints.

Love God; love your neighbor.

I wonder how God feels about a church that works to obey the two great commandments of Christ.  (I don't really wonder - I know how God feels.)
